An office building and a private jet hangar at nearby Grand Junction Regional Airport are included in the sale.
West Creek Ranch is Southwestern in style and designed by architect Jamie Daugaard of Centre Sky Architecture. It’s 22,000 square feet with eight bedrooms and eight bathrooms on four levels with modern and geo-thermal heating and cooling throughout.
